I read every email, usually within a day or two. Sometimes it takes longer if Jake’s got a game or Sophie’s decided she’s my sous chef for the evening, but I’ll get back to you.

If you tried one of my recipes and something went sideways, tell me. Seriously. I want to know if the timing was off or if I forgot something obvious. Happens more than I’d like to admit.

Quick Heads-Up

I’m not a chef or nutritionist. I flipped burgers at a diner twenty years ago, and now I cook for my family. That’s my qualification. If you’ve got dietary restrictions or health questions, talk to someone who actually went to school for that.
I do follow basic food safety rules the USDA doesn’t mess around with chicken temps, and neither do I after that one Thanksgiving. But every kitchen’s different, so if something doesn’t work, let me know and we’ll troubleshoot.
Some links on the site are affiliate links. If you buy something, I might make a few bucks to keep the blog running. I only recommend stuff that’s survived my kitchen, though. If it’s collecting dust next to the bread maker, I’m not writing about it.
